What is the Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) and how do I use it? Q:For UCCX, is there a way to see how many calls are active in a particular call control group?

The RTMT for UCCX (on the CUCM Telephony tab at the bottom) showed active calls in the call control groups. I believe that information can also be seen in the Real Time Reporting Tool for UCCX.
I am not a UCCX expert, so if someone knows more feel free to chime in.
