Dear Expert,
Would you please clear me the difference between application user (during uccx installation) and unified ccx administrator user(during integration with cucm) from ccm end user !

Hi Nizam,
Before version UCCX 9.x, the Application User that is created during the installation can only be used to login into UCCX administration once (that is for the first time after the installation is complete). After logging into the UCCX for first time post installation using this user, you normally complete the UCCX-CUCM integration and during that an end user is selected to give the Administration Capabilities to login into UCCX after this integration is complete.
However starting version 9.x, there is no need to give the Administration Capabilities to the end user during the UCCX-CUCM integration task as the Application User created during the install will be able to login into UCCX at any given point of time and just not for first time post installation as it used to happen before 9.x. Giving the Admin rights starting version 9.x to the end user is optional and should only be done if you want to provide Admin rights to some end user apart from the Application User.
Regards
Deepak

Hi Deepak,
Thanks for your clarification.
My another query is the reason of the Application User that is created during the installation can only be used to login into UCCX administration once (that is for the first time after the installation is complete) then after integration and 1st time login to the uccx, the user has disabled.

Nizam

The user does not get disabled, you still use it to login into Cisco Unified Serviceability and Real Time Monitoring Tool.

Deepak
