UCM 9.1.1 Wrong time on Cisco 6921

Hi,

since this week we have a problem with the time display on the Cisco 6921. The time is one hour ahead our time (CET +1). The strange thing is that the 8961 phone, which have the same Device Pool and therefore the same time settings still have the correct time.

The NTP server are available. We use Microsoft Active Directory as our Time Server.

Any idea??

Hi Graham,

many thanks for your answer.

I installed this cop-file, but in a first step id doesn`t work.

After changing the time Zone from:

(GMT +1:00) Europe/Brussels

to

(GMT +1:00) Africa/Luanda

it works.

Still the same with 9.1.2 in 2014 and 8945 phones. Use Timezone Africa/Luanda :-)

Hope they get this fixed for next year...
