Unable to complete CIM&P 11 subscriber node install, below is the error observed

Have you added this in cucm publisher as a subscriber?
Is cucm publisher is synced with ntp server ?

With this I am assuming that you have disabled the LRO as well as followed the workaround mentioned in defect. If that is correct, then contact TAC so that they can take diagnostic dump failure logs and take it from there

Try disabling the LRO option in the ESXi host configuration followed by ESXi host reboot. Refer below doc for the same and this issue should be fixed then.

Take a note of the below defect as well and then perform the workaround mentioned there in case if disabling LRO doesn't help. Though the defect goes only till 10.5(2) but it is still applicable for v11 as well
