Dear All,
We have 2 unity connections with version 7.1.3 in active active mode in our setup. We are currently facing a problem when leaving voice messages.
Scenario:
When User A calls User B and if User B doesn't answer the calls it says," User B is not available please leave a message at the tone. When finished hang up or press pound for more options" and immediately after this it says, "You cannot record a message for User B" and starts playing the Opening Greeting.
User B mailbox doesn't have any voice mails in it. And its happening for all the users in our network. We tried to upgrade our version to 8.6 last week but it failed due to hardware compatibility issues, not sure if this has caused the problem.

What is the mailbox configured to do "after" greeting?

The Common Partiton in one of our servers was 100%
We deleted the voice mails and the common partition space became 70%
Now we are able to send and receive voice mails
