Unable to reset or change to phone from cucm gui 12.5

Unable to any change in end device registered in cucm 12.5 version from gui.

If I understand correctly, you’re having trouble making changes to the devices registered on CUCM. Does the system give any license warnings? If the evaluation mode has expired, the system will switch to enforced mode, in which you can’t make any changes. I’m assuming your CUCM is currently in enforced mode.

Alternatively, the issue could be that the account you’re using to log in doesn’t have the necessary privileges to make changes.

There is licensing issue in cucm but that is related to telepresence license defeciency.

How to check CUCM is in enforced mode.How to reslove it.

Go to CLI and enter the command as below.

utils system enableAdministration

Its not working .After this cmd result says its already enabled.

I don't think you can delete devices to get back into compliance after it has gone into enforcing mode. You will have to add more licenses to clear it.

Export control functionality is also not allowed.when we reregister with ssm export control functionality is showing allowed but after 10 min it shows not allowed.I raise the S1 Tac with cisco but till now no resolution was given.
