Unity 12.5 Bulk Admin?

Hello,

in changing users Unified Messaging account from on-prem to Office 365 is there a way to migrate multiple users at once or am I Doomed to one at a time?

You can change it in bulk.  Create a CSV with the fields you need, in your case it would be "serviceDisplayName" to pick a new unified messaging service.
