Hi Paul,
For any changes related to Cisco Unity Service Accounts (UnityInstall , UnityMsgStoreSvc , UnityDirSvc and UnityAdmin), the following steps can be followed:
1) Run Permissions Wizard(PW) with an account which is a member of Domain Admins and select the new service account names while running the PW.
* This will give the necessary privileges to the new Unity service accounts.
2)Run Service Configuration Wizard (SCW) from the UnityToolsDepot and select the new Unity Service Accounts in the confguration screens that follow.
* This will associate the Unity Services with the new Unity Service Accounts.
The above two steps should take care of everything in most cases. However, sometimes re-running Message Store Configuration Wizard(MSCW) may also be required.
NOTE: Make sure you take the DiRT backup of your Unity Server before making the changes.
Hope that Helps!
Regards,
Saurabh
