Unity - Change of user ID

Hello everyone,

We are currently in the process of changing all our staff user ID's (I know, stoooopid idea!!).

Does anyone know if there is a way to bulk update Unity with the new ID's without loosing any mailbox or messages?

Currently our call manager uses LDAP to authenticate our staff members but Unity does not. Is there any negatives associated to linking Unity to our AD?

BAT doesn't allow you to change the alias; however, you can use the Connection Alias and Extension Update Utility.
