I need to determine if a VM was deleted from a mailbox. I can see from CDR that the call length was 58 seconds and therefore I am assuming a VM was left. However, user is claiming they did not receive it. We purge deleted VM's after 7 days.
Any way to determine if the user deleted it? I exported the audit logs, but dont see that sort of info. in there.
Better yet, any way to restore that one VM container? From other forum entries it does not seem possible.

The options to access deleted messages are listed here
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/7x/user/guide/phone/7xcucugphonex/7xcucugphone050.html#wp1010843
If you are unable to find the voicemail using above then there is no way to restore it.
Also, the voicemail deletion activity for a specific user is not possible through a report, however it may be tracked through traces , TAC may help you with the same.
