I requested a demo license through Smart Manager. When trying to install the .zip through Prime License Manager I get a “ corrupt file “ error. The zip file contains only a .lic file which is not a supported file type. What am I doing wrong ?

PLM does not use .lic files, those are for older versions pre 9.X, with PLM you need to request the license from there and then get the .bin file, please refer to the PLM user guide for more details.

Also worth mentioning that licenses are version specific, so make sure you get 11.x licenses
