We've recently upgraded from Unity 5.0 to Unity Connection 8.5. We have two Exchange farms, one 2003 and one 2010. The users are using Outlook 2003 for the most part.
The main issue that we're having is that when a user receives a voicemail in Outlook and they reply to that voicemail via Outlook, it just sits in a sub-folder under "Outbox" called "VoiceOutBox".
Does anyone know why this happens and what we can do to fix it? It appears to me that everything on the client side is working correct.
Thanks
Jim

If we upgrade to the Viewmail 8.5.6 client, you can open and play but when your reply it generates an error. It looks like you can ok through it but once you type out your response and hit "reply" it'll prompt you to record something. Very frustrating.

Have you configured all the users's mailboxes with smtp proxy address?
