Hi all,
We recently upgraded to version 9.1.1 of Unity Connection from 8.0. Specifically, version 9.1.1.10000-32.
I was asked a question regarding outside callers getting warning about full mailboxes for my users, and went to double check that the option "Full mailbox check for outside callers" was not selected. According to this doc and the help file with CUC, that option should appear on the System Settings -> Advanced -> Conversations page.
This option is not showing on my system. It was there in version 7 and 8, and the docs say it should still be there.
Can anyone else confirm this behaviour? Has the option moved somewhere else in the config? Can anyone confirm if the system checks for full mailboxes for outside callers by default? I haven't heard complaints from users yet, but if this behaviour has changed it could cause a lot of problems for people. Help!
Thanks,
Ryan

Hi Ryan,
Check this link;
Quotas are not enforced for messages left by outside callers if the "Full Mailbox Check for Outside Caller Messages" check box is not checked. This check box appears on the Message Storage > Mailbox Quotas page.

Thanks Rob! The check box is there under the Mailbox Quotas page. Looks like Cisco forgot to update the Help doc and some of the documentation pages when they moved it. The behaviour of the system was carried through the upgrade.
Best regards,
Ryan
