unity connection 9.1 service always stopped

Hi everyone,

I'm implementing CUC9.1 for PoC at customer site and face the problem about services.

The connection serviceability service is always stopped and I can't start it.

I tried to start using command "utils service start Connection Serviceability"

but it showed the error invalid service name.

Also some services that already activated and has started after running for a while those services changed back

to stopped.

I'm not sure what is the problem if anyone face this problem before please help me.

Note that I used ova template to provision resorces for CUC, so should fine for hardware resouces.

Hi,

Have you tried to see the CUC log files? Maybe you are running out memory with out know it for some reason that will stop service automatically.
