Hello,
I'm wondering if it's possible to use Nuance ASR as a second auto speech recognition language option other than US English with Unity Connection? Has anyone done this integration,is it possible and supported? I'm being told to use Cisco IP-IVR and add Nuance to that product to get French Canadian for ASR and use it for the Auto Attendant feature.

I'm not sure if I am understanding your question exactly, if you are asking if we support the integrating the standalone Nuance ASR with Unity Connection directly then the answer is no. IP-IVR will connect with CUCM which can then connect to Unity Connection so that could be an option for you. Let me know if I am missing what you are asking.

I was asking if Unity Connection/Nuance ASR for second language was supported and or an option for the customer request. I stay with IP-IVR in the design

Ya - you'll need the IP-IVR portion to interface to Nuance for the French AA portion.
