hi folks
trying to create a forwarding rule in unity connection, basically i cfwdall my 13xx ext to cti rp 777. I want to avoid using a vm profile under 13xx ext so thats where the forwrding rule comes in, I want to get calls hitting 13xx to hit a handler. I cant seem to get the forwarding rule to work. Ive tried creating a new rule that says send call to specific handler and edited the rule saying forwarding station equals 13xx etc, basically Ive tried a good few options here but i cant seem to get the rule to work, calls are just being forwarded to unity as opposed to handler. any ideas?
