I have a group mailbox that has over 100+ messages in it and because of this they cannot accept new or send any messages. I have tried to set up IMAP and relay it to an email address but it doesn't look like this is working because of the max limit reached. How can I get into the mailbox and relay it to an email so users don't have to dial into unity via the phone and save/delete the messages?. The users are not very tech savy so by clicking on their email it works much nicer for them.
Thanks.

Hi John,
Beginning with Cisco Unity Connection 10.0(1) and later releases, when the mailbox size of a user starts reaching its specified threshold limit on Unity Connection, the user will receive a quota notification message.
A quota notification message is an email that is sent automatically by Unity Connection to the corporate email address of the voice mailbox when the voice mailbox size of the user exceeds its threshold limit. You can use Cisco Unity Connection Administration to view the default quota notification message or to create, view, and modify customized quota notification messages.
This will provide you some time to delete the messages before the mailbox is full.

Hi John,
Just trying to clarify what you are looking for help with.
Are you just looking for help setting up SMTP notification for users or do you want to deliver the VM as a WAV file via a message action?
