Guys,

Got two questions here.

1. Boss want to divert phone to PA and also want VM to go to PAs VM box when diverted no problem, created VM with mask of PAs phone, and applied to bosses phone so far so good. Boss want to take divert to PA off and for VM to go to his VM box, what the best way to do this without changing profile, or can it not be done this way.

2. Caller calls VM box from external source so has to enter ID (10 digit ext) and password, they want to bypass the ID part, and just enter PIN I don't think this can be done, this is one office on a cluster that supports many offices slit has to be unique for them not cluster wide.

1. Have you looked at Personal Transfer Rules in UCON?
