Unity Connection Remote User Deletion Replication

I am running 2 Unity Connection Clusters both running version 8.5.1ES47.12900-47 with an Intrasite link between them.

I have a user that has moved physical location and I now want to move his voicemail account from CUC Cluster A to CUC Cluster B.  His voicemail account was deleted from cluster A by our service desk and when I search cluster A I do not see the account listed.

When I search for the user on cluster B, the account is present and shows it as a remote user on Cluster A.

My question is, how long does it usualy take for this replication to happen and is there a way I can get a more detailed progress report?  I see the Intrasite links push and pull task both as in progress but this has been this way for a few hours now and we have not had any other changes that will need to replicate.

I uderstand that "how long" questions are very hard to answer but "in progress" does not really give any indication of what is happening or stop users complaing to me that a voicemail account does not exist.

Thanks in advance.
