unity message checking from the out side -- configuration

Hi,

I want to configure one option in unity, If the users are sitting in the out side office, they want to check there voice mail. if anybody done the same configuration can you please replay to me

Try alternate extension for that subscriber.

Hi Sunish,

You could create a routepoint and assign a dn to it. At the dn configuration select to forwardall to voicemail.

Then in Unity create a new Call Route and select forwarded calls. Fill in the dn you created earlier as the forwarding station and select Sign-In at Send Call to option.
