Unity version 5.0(1) upgrading to Unity connection 8.5 in a few months.
I have an on call voicemail box that is setup to call out to a shared cell phone when a caller leaves a voicemail. The problem is when the cell phone user recives a call from unity they keep hitting 1 when they ansere the phone in the middle of the night and it disables the alerting on new messages. Is there a way to disable the option or change it to a different number.

HI Bill,
In Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) 7.1 and later there is an option for what you require:
System -> Advanced -> Conversations -> Play Option to Turn Off Message Notification
