The problem started last night when our Exchange queues backed up due to a virtual memory error and we had to do a failover. I see the following item in the application log repeating.
Source: CiscoUnity_CsServices
Category: run
Type: error
Event ID: 1065
Description: AvCsGateway: FindCsComponentsEX failed. AvCsMgr not started.

When I look in the services section it shows all the services as started. I've tried manually restarting services and have rebooted the server multiple times. The web interface works just fine as well. I haven't been able to find any thing online that matches this. Has anyone seen this before or knows how to fix it?

Try restarting the AvcsGateway service.
If that does not help, re-run the Service Configuration wizard.

Hello Friends,
I have a similar problem, my Unity Windows is not integrated with Exchange server. When the user tries hear its messages, the system says: "the messaging server doesn´t have any connection". The user can´t delete the voicemail messages either.
