When a message is left the time stamp is 3 hours different then when the message has actually been left. I checked the time zone and the time and both are correct (EST and the current time)? We are running Unity 4.1 w/ on box Exchange. Not sure where to go to correct?

Which time zones did you check? The message is left in Exchange's mailstore in GMT based on the time on the Exchange server at the time it was inserted. When playbed back it's transformed into the local time of the subscriber - if the subscriber does not have a specific time zone configured (i.e. default to server's time) then the Unity server's sytem time is used to transform the timestamp during playback.
So does the subscriber have a specific timezone set?

Jeff, That is some good information, Thanks for getting back to me.....We are running "4.2" not 4.1 and on the profile page some of the subscribers were configured to Mid-Atlantic not EST....All is well now...Thanks Again!!!

Hi,
I have the same issue here in New Zealand.
Unity 4.2.1 with offbox Exchange 2003
both on W2K3 server.
When you leave a message the timestamp is 1 hour in the future.....
Server set to Regional NZ, and timezone too
(wellington/Auckland)
Tried timezone on subscriber both to default and Wellington/Auckland
There is bug CSCSC34937 which applies to Australia?
