Hi
I have a Issue with cisco CAD Application users were deconnected automatiquelly from the Application after using about 10 to 15 min
user must entre his login and password evry time his desconnected.

There must have been a hiccup on either the server or your network, the only way to find root cause is to analze MIVR logs on your CCX server (assuming this is UCCX not UCCE).

yes it's UCCX, ccuser page opened in the CAD application diconnect automatiqlly.
problem is on the UCCX or CallManager or the Browzer ???

Are you using CAD desktop or CAD-browser edition as I don't follow the relevance of browSer unless you use CAD-BE?

version used is CAD-browser.
agent has a choice to work with Ipphones or CAD so every things is good if they use Ipphone but it's not case when using CAD

What browser are you using and what is the version of your system? Did you verify the compatibility between the browser and your UCCX? Have you tried other browsers? Is this occurring only for one agent or others?

actually browzer used is IE8 and i think it's compatible with UCCX 9. custmer (bank) just use IE8 because it's configured with security politiques
