Client ordered for 12.5. and but now they want to install version 14. Its like POC kind of project. so stability is not a issue at that moment. how to get it.

they have valid smartnet contract? but to get files its not working as they want. cisco end some link which is related to webex told client to do some steps . he tried it but its not accepting his cisco account email ID and account? option he is getting as delete the account or change the email ID and alll. i dont know whats happening now.

All we want is bootable ISO files for CUCM, CUC, PCD and PCD ova file. for that too much struggle and project got delayed for weeks now.

How to get for version 14 PCD_VAPP.OVA and all bootable iso files.

Tried with MCE entitlements. but cannot understand what to do as cisco guide says.? where in MCE we need to request for OVA and bootable iso file.

Please help if anybodys knows.

Very urgent situation.

best approach may be contact your Cisco partner and/or account manager who can help you to get it right.

if you have valid contract with Cisco, try login to https://mce.cisco.com/mce/#/login/portal and choose the version upgrade. you can place order here to upgrade the current 12.5 to 14.

please note that even though cisco doesnt support, for lab (non-production) purpose you may be able to convert the iso to bootable iso images using thirdparty tool. (google it)

Use MCE portal , place upgrade order  for version 14. Within one day you can get all required files for version 14.

To access  MCE, Use the link @Shalid Kurunnan Chalil shared.

If you are planning to use PCD for testing deployment or migration, do not try the option of converting non bootable to bootable. Because conversion will change  hash values and PCD will not proceed with such files.

Just to say, you can roll your own ISO with PCD. The problem is that PCD uses a horrible method to find the version (it dumps the first million chars and searches for version text - if you roll your own, that first million chars includes a match which PCD is not expecting and it fails. Change the name of the ISO to something *without* the version in the name, do your conversion and rename it back after.  This has worked for me in PCD 12.6

That's very likely not supported by Cisco TAC, so I would be cautious with doing this. at least if you want to even get help from TAC when, not if, you'll need it.
