Hi Everyone
I wanted to know can someone tell me what can I check in CUCM to see why a video call won't work. Right now the problem that I'm having is that we have several 8945 phones and the video works fine when we call each other inside the office.But say if I call a user in our NYC or our ATL office we have no video just audio. I would appreciate any help that you guys could give me because I've tried everything that TAC has told me to do and still I can't get the video to work.Thanks in advance for any help and have a great weekend and happy holidays.

Hi there,
Do you have locations based CAC enabled that is limiting video between regions? Also any firewall between locations?
