Hi Mohammad,

That is correct, please check Table 48-1 License Parameters for Unity Connection Features of the following link for details

Hi Manish,

Many thanks for help :-), another question is if I bought 25 mailbox licenses with 2 voice ports can this work ( I mean 2 voice ports enough for 25 users)

Thanks,

Mohammad

Hi Mohammad,

It depends on how many simultaneous calls would be handled by Unity Connection at the same time. If you expect more that two users leaving voicemail on Unity Connection at the same time or using the IVR / greetings on unity connection at the same time then you need to increase the number of ports.

Hi Manish,

Shokria :-) I understand now.

Thanks,

Mohammad

Just to add in - the unity connection licensing has changed significantly 9.X on-wards; it used to be lost of different licenses, which are now pretty much condensed under messaging.

The voice mail ports are no longer a licensed feature and instead depends on your hardware and virtual templates used for installation of CUC.

Refer: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/voice-unified-communications/unity-connection/115959-unity-conn-elm-00.html#topic1

For maximum number of voicemail ports supported on your platform (assuming its 10.X) refer below:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/10x/supported_platforms/10xcucspl.html#pgfId-703559
