Hi guys,
I am trying to implement Webex App Mobile (iPhone) MRA, and I have a couple of questions trying to configure Control Hub.
For instance.
My Control Hub Domain is:
testhome.com
This is the domain I use to sign into the Webex App (iphone) "juan.hernandez@testhome.com"
But my SRV records for collab-edge on the internet is is.
testcenterhome.com (_collab-edge._tls.testcenterhome.com)
And the internal SRV cisco-uds record is.
testcenterhome.org (_cisco-uds._tcp.testcenterhome.org)
I know that you can go to Control-Hub (admin.webex.com) then go to Organization Settings.
Organizational Settings --> UC Profile --> Create New:
How the parameters should be configured?
* Voice Services Domain (check): "testcenterhome.com" (whitout the (") )
* UDS Server (check): "_cisco-uds._tcp.testcenterhome.org" (whitout the (") )
Could you please help me if that is exactly what I need to write in the fields, or there is a different naming convention:
Juan

We just have set the Voice Services Domain in our Org, with just the domain name, on which your MRA service resides.
Probably in your case testcenterhome.com
Also, don't call it split domain. Split domain describes a completely different technical scenario.
You have 2 domains:

Thank you b.winter!!
I appreciate your answer,
Could you please indicate me which would be the entry in the second field?, the uds server.
* UDS Server (check): "_cisco-uds._tcp.testcenterhome.org" (whitout the (") )
the SRV record.
or the FQDN of the UDS publisher,
or just the IP address.

Have you already tested it without filling in the UDS server?
Don't overcomplicate the things.
The Webex App behaves the same way as Jabber does. So, if your MRA works fine, then the Webex App shouldn't have a problem too.
After the Webex App gets to know the MRA domain, then it does the same thing like Jabber. And therefore will get the UDS servers automatically.
And if you do fill it, for sure you have to put in there the IP or FQDN of the CUCM.
It's a server address, so it can't be a SRV record.
