Hello @ozden ozdugun
Do you have any log to provide ?
Enable detailed tracing on CUCM for the affected devices and review the call logs for the specific calls where the issue occurs. Look for any error messages or abnormal behavior.

Hi,
Are those phones in the same LAN or they are in different locations?
Do those phones share the same Device Pool/CM group?
As M02@rt37 mentioned, please share CUCM SDL trace so we could give a look to them.
Thanks
Regards
Carlo

Hi,
I analyzed that call and it seems a normal call closure by the generating phone. So the call is not dropped for an error but for a normal hang up from main phone.
We can also give a look to phone's logs if you can download it from its web page .
Please let us know.
Regards
Carlo

Hi,
You can go to "Device" --> "Device Defaults" and search for the phone's model. You will find a "Load Information" that is the active firmware, and "Inactive Load Informatio" which is the other available to be installed on the phone.
If you want to upgrade to the inactive load version for ALL phones of that model , you can click on the icon next to "inactive load" field and restart all phones of that kind.
If you want to upgrage one phone only, copy the inactive load field for that model and go to the specific phone though "Device" --> "Phone", search for the phone you need ad past what you copied in the "Phone Load Name" field and reset the phone.
Please let me know
Regards
Carlo
