Hi,
Our CUCM is operating with an insufficient number of licenses and we only have 1 day left to add licenses. We've placed the the order but it's is taking longer than expected to process this order and will not get licenses within 1 day.
I understand that we'll not be able to add users and devices but can someone please confirm if the CUCM will work as expected? We don't need to add any users in next few days but we can't have any downtime.

yes it will work you just can't do the day-to-day tasks.
Email licensing@cisco.com with your order number, cco id, and contract number and they can send you a permanent or temp license right away through email within a few hours.
