Alias is not updated after perform full LDAP sync in Unity

Hi all,

We have batch of users need to update sAMAccountName in AD. i have performed full LDAP sync in CUCM and Unity after the change was finished in AD, it is all good in CUCM, but only 50% users in Unity whose alias are updated. The Alias for the rest of users are not updated. Any suggestion?

Is there a way for updating the user id of a specific user in CUCM and Unity instead of performing full LDAP sync?

check if there is a dir sync service running on the unity connection and if yes try to restart it. then go to users / sync and find the user which should be synced and try to sync the account
