Cannot Login to CM and IMP Administration After Change Password

Hi Guys,

Yesterday I changed the administrator password for the Administration GUI of CM and IMP using "utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password" command. After the password change, initially, it works fine. But after some time, I cannot login to the administration page, getting "Log on failed - Invalid User ID or Password" error message. I changed the password one more time using CLI, the same experience happened again. My CM version is 11.5.1.21900-40 and my IMP version is 11.5.1.21900-5. Anyone ever had the same experience?

Very likely something is using the account to login and after a few failed login the account get looked out as you have changed the password. Speculating as I have not verified it, but likely the next change of password clears the looked state for the account.
