Hello,
I*. using PCP 11.6 on CUCM 11.5 cluster. When I manually provision extension mobility access and line for 7962 phones on a user I notice following issues:
- the provisioned user device profile in CUCM does not have the SoftKey template that is configured in EM access template in PCP. It is using <None> instead of the template configured in PCP.
- the provisioned user device profile in CUCM does not have the protocol configured in PCP. it has SIP insteas of SCCP which was chosen in PCP.
Any ideas to fix this or contact TAC?

We seem to have missed this one. I assume you either opened a TAC case or figured it out yourself. This is a good question for TAC. If the template is set with a specific softkey template (which exists) and SIP (assuming it is supportable) and it is not set then likely a bug.

I am on the latest version of PCP and still don't see a way to set Softkey Template.
