UC Application Smartnet

Hello Experts,

I have a UCS 220M3 server and the following UC Applications installed:

1) CUCM (10.5.2)

2) CUC (10.5.2)

3) UCCX(11.0)

4) Medaisense (11.0)

The service contract for this server and applications are expired. Please explain me how can I request the smartnet (for hardware) and SWSS (for UC application). I got some proposal from the local Cisco partnet but I am not sure that the SWSS is included in the proposal. Can anyone please give me the Partnumbers for SWSS for UC applications?

That is what the Cisco partner is for, if you do not trust the partner quoted you proper smartnet you can reach out to another partner or Cisco directly via your Cisco account team.
