Hi All
How can I know from the UCSM tech. support files or any logs that the L1-L2 cables connected incorrectly
also if the FI to IOM cables connected incorrectly?
thanks in advance

Amr,
In the show tech you will not be able to see a message saying "hey, L1 is connected to L2" but at least you can get a UCSM tech support you can go to the var>sysmgr> sam_controller and you will see the cluster negotiation messages.
For the IOM cables you can also go to the UCSm tech support> sw_tech_support and then search for "show interface fex-fabric", you can see this on each FI and that will show you the IOMs connected to that specific Fabric.
Note: I am giving you the files names I have at the top of my head, they may be slightly different when you see them in the show tech.

I don't think there is a application which checks the cabling
L1,L2 cluster heartbeat:
CLI: show cluster stat
