Found a workaround:
Workaround is to change the max TLS version in Firefox. Go to about:config and
search for ātlsā. Change ā3ā to ā2ā and restart.

Go to Location bar in Mozilla firefox and type about:config and then search for security.tls.version.max,modify the value to 2 from 3.
close the all the mozilla firefox tabs to make the changes effect and reopen the CIMC IP. it should open without any issues.

I'm getting the same error with firefox 28 and also firefox 29. I checked the setting that default was already at 3, moved it to 4 and there was no change. Wouldn't be so annoying except for the fact IE 11 seems to break other things, such as the ability to update the firmware. Will have to track down an XP machine......
