Cisco c220m5 network ports and Esxi

Hopefully this is a simple question, but the C220M5 we ordered has its management port and 2 x 1/10gbe ports. i would ideally like to use these 2 x 10gbe ports for connecting to storage, but if i do so can i use the management port for both cimc and be esxi's management port at the same time?

this is NIC guide for CIMC IP configuration. you have different options. dedicated management port is only usable for CIMC and it cannot use for ESXi kernel mapping.
