Cisco UCS 6248 UP - B200M4 servers with VMWare

Hi

Our current setup with UCS runs on Microsoft HV 2016 environment & it works fine. We are planning to add VMWare infra with 3-4 UCS servers in cluster and looking for an ideal document to start with. We don't have that much experience with VMWare. Hope the experts can guide us

Thanks Kirk. I will go through the links and will update you. Also As mentioned we have a good experience with HV, but with VMWare a beginner. So can you also point some articles for a beginner.

I would go to youtube, and search on vmware training.

I didn't really see any good training that was geared for hyper-v admins to help correlate the vmware constructs that match, and that are different.

Cisco has a good amount of whitepapers and training on specifics of how to implement vsphere with UCS products, but you may need some more basic/fundamental knowledge from Vmware before jumping into the specifics.
