I just got the Cisco UCS C220, I´m trying to put 2 sata disk 1 TB each and dosent show in the bios, also when I trying to install a OS also dont show any disk. Any indication about it? Thanks in advance.
Which RAID controller do you have and have you correctly configured it? Also which OS are you trying to load?
I might suggest you use SCU (Server Configuration Utility). It will assist with the RAID config, and loading all the necessary drivers. Low end RAID controllers such as the onboard RAID controller do NOT support JBOD, you must configure either a RAID0 or RAID1.
