I'm planning to install Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter as operating system for Cisco UCS C220 M3 Small Form Factor. Is this supported deployment?

Yes, according to http://www.cisco.com/web/techdoc/ucs/interoperability/matrix/matrix.html

Manufacturer     = Cisco

Adapter Driver   = 2.2.0.17/2.2.0.13(NIC)
Adapter Firmware = 2.1(1a)
Boot Code / BIOS = 2.1(1a)

The C220-M3(SFF/LFF) server requires release 1.4.7a [use HUU 1.4.7a.1].
