i have issue that is UCSC-C220 CPU RMA of Cisco whether will include the UCS-CPU-GREASE2= ？

Grease has to be included separately in RMA.

Do I need to do a separate RMA for GREASE? That is, the RMA of the CPU does not contain GREASE.

Note: You can use same RMA, just add additional PID for grease.
