Disabling 2nd CPU from C220 M3BE

I cannot boot after removing 2nd CPU from C220 M3BE server physically.

Boot screen stuck at Configuring and testing memory.

In CIMC - server -Inventory - CPUs :- 2nd CPU Status is Enabled.

Error code :- F0174.

Over all server status :- Moderate Fault

How to disable 2nd CPU?

There is no setting to disable CPU. Have you removed DIMMs associated with CPU-2? Also, how many PCIe cards you have (Model & Slot)? If there is any card which is pre-installed and required 2 CPUs, you might see such issues.
CIMC status would get refreshed after BIOS POST (Configuring and testing memory.) gets complete.
