On link:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/unified_computing/ucs/c/hw/C220/install/C220/raid.html#52681
which I gave you day ago there is cabling section (page 19)...have you check that cabling is OK? From your pictures I see that your disks are attached to embedded controller on backplane???
Or maybe I'm not seeing it right...

i dont have any extra cables with it ,the cable which is coming from drives connected with two SAS ports backplan SAS port 1 and SAS Port 2 as u see in the pictures, few days back i have insatlled thye same server with embedded controller and custom esxi in the first attempt

Well that explains much ...back to begins...
If you don't have cables and you want to use megaRAID you must purchase that.
Using embedded officialy is not supported and if works it will be probably very unstable...

Yea I saw your pictures...well after deeper looking I think that your card doesn't need cables infact - my mistake...
Let's try from scratch - if you already didn't try this steps:
- disable SCU onboard (F2 to BIOS, Advanced, South bridge, onboard SCU = Disabled)
- shutdown server - remove power cable from it
- power up again after 10sec
- enter LSI config - I think "CTRL+M" but check that
- if you see your disks create virtual drive - if not I don't know what to suggest except Cisco TAC
- if successfully created virtual drive go with custom Cisco install which you downloaded - I think that we agreed it's ESXi 5.1 U1

i did not shutdown after disabling it, but when i disabled it earlier it doesnot show virtual disks, CTRL +M enables only when imake SCU BOARD enable in south bridge.
when southbridge>scu>disabled it only shows MEGA raid controller and CTRL+H option for Webbios is enable, in webbios i did not see any disks but in videos and forums it should show disk in webbios .

yes i have seen 19 page there, the red line which should be from raid controller to our drives, but in my server no cable is connected directly from raid controller to drives, only one black cable as u see in the pic is attached with controller and it ends on black small box contacins cell i think
