What happens if I reboot a Fabric Interconnect with expired licenses for ports in use?

Nothing will happen. Any configured UCS FI ports will still operate regardless of license status.

UCS FI port licensing is more of an honor system then a strict port usage system.

See: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/servers-unified-computing/ucs-infrastructure-ucs-manager-software/200638-Understanding-and-Troubleshooting-UCS-Li.html#anc4

Note: Forwarding of data traffic will not be impacted when the grace period expires

Granted to comply with the Licensing Agreement that you signed all ports should be properly licensed.
