Is anyone able to advise from real life experience how loud 6332-16UP fabric interconnects are during idle/low usage?
I'm weighing up moving to these for my home lab, but am concerned about trying to know how loud they are first.
I had 2 x 6248UP first which were too loud, then moved to my current 2 x 6324 (UCS Mini) setup, but need more ports and cant justify the cost of scalability licenses for a home lab.
Are 6332s a lot quieter than the 6248s?
Thanks!

The older model you go to has more noise than the latest one.....so avoid buying an old one or adjust with the noise (due to budget)

Yes agreed!
The 6248UP were loud, so I'm trying to find out how loud the 6332 are compared to them

Not sure you get the right answer. i can tell you when i tried at home with UCS and FI, the whole night no one was able to sleep.
Then I realize it's not worth it for Home Lab, Especially power consumption so high to practice.
