I have installed VMware ESXi on my Cisco UCS Server but after that I am not getting CIMC. also I am unable to ping the IP address of CIMC. Any help?

I think CIMC doesn't have anything with your ESXi installation...it's OoB management for UCS servers.
Check your CIMC config inside BIOS again.

Did you change the NIC mode?
Are you using the same port for ESXi connection?

I am using same port for ESXi also didn't change NIC mode.

is it a rack mount or a blade server?
If its a blade server, CIMC is reachable via UCSM. You have to set an IP adress range for server management, which has to be in the same vlan as fabric interconnect / UCSM.
