In UCS version 3.2(1d) we have a bug as below, do we have any more info of how to clear the alert, if any.

That particular issue has been difficult to reproduce in lab testing/recreates.
Please open a TAC case, and have your case associated with this bug.
Have you tried decomissioning the rack server and re-acking it?

I am seeing the same errors with version 4.0(2a) Any plans to address this in 4.x?

Have you tried to decommission and re-acknowledge the server since the upgrade if integrated into UCSM?
If so, and issue persist, please open a TAC case so we can investigate accordingly.

A decommission\recommission will fix it for some time.. However, it still comes back for us.
Yes, we have opened a TAC case.. they just tell us to decommission\recommission.

The bug fix is in 4.0.2d.
What firmware version are you running?
