*Model : CISCO UCS C220 M3
Our C220 is configured RAID 0 (1 HDD) volume of LSI Software RAID.
Unfortunately, C220 is suddenly reboot in using. After that, LSI Software RAID disk status changed to "READY" from "ONLINE".
SO, We updated latest firmware with Host Update Utility. But the problem has not clearing. Still change "READY" after sudden reboot.
DO YOU HAVE ANY GOOD IDEA??
ADD : We change "READY" status to "ONLINE", Our OS boot is go on normaly.

You have just a single physical disk?

Yes, Just one HDD.
We configured RAID 0 virtual drive using one HDD.

So the "software raid" is actually doing nothing then?
Is it actually broken, or is it just the status you are concerned with?

Added my post.
Manually we changed to "ONLINE" status. Our OS and Data is alive.
But, Not only one server of fifty servers. (renderfarm severs)
This problem occurred randomly of fifty servers.

Assuming you don't have something else triggering a kernel panic/etc, might want to check on the HD model #s and firmware they are running, and make sure you are not hitting: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/638/fn63812.html , which is fixable with HD firmware update.
Thanks,
Kirk..
