M60 backed VM's won't boot after 3.2.2f firmware upgrade

Upgraded a C240 from firmware version 2.2.8 to 3.2.2, and now VM's that utilize the nvidia m60 won't boot and get the error message:

Could not initialize plugin '/usr/lib64/vmware/plugin/libnvidia-vgx.so' for vGPU 'grid_m60-4a'.

Make sure you check the nvdia driver compatibility with 3.2.2 version.
