Is this an installation on local disk, SD card or SAN?
Did you check http://www.cisco.com/web/techdoc/ucs/interoperability/matrix/matrix.html to be sure that version of ESXi is compatible with UCSM version you are running?

Do you have 2 flexflash card, and Raid-1 configured
On which disk did you install ESXi ?
Did you install enic / fnic drivers for this ESXi and UCS version ?
No place to dump the data simply means, that the capacity of your flexflash is too small; this has nothing to do with the purple screen.
I would think that your local disk policy should have a value different from "no local policy"

Thanks Walter and Keny
the last message before PSOD was "loading module Enic"
thats why i re checked the VNIC templates and uplink checking also correcting the uplink settings
finally the ESXI installed on 1SD card module !
is it logic ? !
im using only one 32GB cisco sd card with cisco custom esxi 5.1 image

Let me clarify;
you could properly install ESXi (Cisco oem 5.1); meaning you see the SD card ?
you did not install any fnic/enic drivers after the installation.
Which UCS version ?

"the u3 version according to cisco documentation cant see the SD card" <<<What document says that?
Does the same .iso image for U3 works when you try to install it on another server? If you have not tried it or dont have another server, please try to download the .iso again or try a different version (check the link I provided to check compatibility)
If the above does not work, I think the best you can do is to check the VMware support logs to see what is the lat thing reported by the vmkernel right before the crash, hoping it can give you more information.

this document told ESXI 5.1 u3 has some problems
https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCus51007/?referring_site=bugquickviewredir
finally the ESXI 5.1 u2 successfully installed on all server baldes.
thanks alot for helping
